Production Operator ($18.24/hr)– Clinton Township, MI

Shifts Available:
3rd shift 11:00pm-7:30am
Monday- Friday (Some Saturdays will be required depending on production needs)

Job Description:
This facility specializes in Plastic Injection Molding, manufacturing various parts for the medical industry. And some of positions responsibilities would include:
- Monitor equipment and surroundings for safe and sanitary operation.
- Maintain sanitation, product quality and protection.
- Make sure quantities and quality are met.
- Packages and labels molded parts to standard
- Completes required paperwork to document the process: production, scrap, downtime, etc.
- Report any food safety issues to person with authority to initiate action
Environment and Physical Demands
- The facility is temperature controlled (So air conditioned in summertime!!)
- Must be able to stand/sit for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive lifting up to 50lbs or more
Qualifications:
- 6 months- 1 year of Quality Inspection experience (Preferably with Plastic Injection Molding)
- A steady successful work history
- Great eye for detail
- Be able to work mandatory overtime and weekends
- Maintain perfect attendance, no excused absences in first 90 days
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work as a team to help meet production goals.
