Position Summary:
As a Janitorial Team Member you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a tidy and safe environment will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our clients and customers.
Salary: Starting at $14+/hour (Salary negotiable based on experience)
Hours: 2nd/3rd Shift hours- Flexible (After business hours)
Locations: Denmark, West DePere & Pulaski
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in various areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed throughout the facility.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including fixtures, sinks, and mirrors, to ensure hygiene and presentation.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and restroom essentials to maintain a fully stocked and functional facility.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Be willing to work flexible hours and respond to special cleaning requests or emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability for flexible work hours.
