Janitor/Custodian – Marine City, MI
Shift:
- 1st Shift – 6:00am – 4:30pm
Salary: $16.00 per hour
The Janitor is responsible for the sanitary functions of the plant. This includes inside and outside duties. The Sanitation worker will work alongside production and help when needed.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs cleaning and sanitation duties in assigned areas
- · Keeps facility clean and orderly in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Performs cleaning and upkeep duties necessary for the proper functioning of a machine, building, etc. as required
Qualifications
· At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing and mechanical role
· Be able to read and follow formulas, schedules, and various temperature controls
· Basic math, writing, speaking and spelling skills
· Mechanically inclined, organized with clean work habits
