Summary:
Our client is an innovative partner and supplier for the automotive industry and a leading security technology systems provider. They are looking to add a Field Service Representative to their team. The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring that U.S. Government testing of the company’s products are safe, per the test schedule and plan exceeding the customer’s expectation for quality
Responsibilities:
- Support and conduct vehicle repairs, maintenance, and upgrades in accordance with program requirements and schedules to ensure successful test outcomes.
- Support the company’s personnel by providing status and progress in execution of vehicle maintenance and upgrade activities, to include daily test logs/calls.
- Support test related meetings as required, such as Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Incident Screening Team (IST), Failure Prevention Review Boards, daily test phone calls, etc.
- Work with FSR’s across the company’s landscape to support the building of maintenance field procedures and best practices in the company’s portfolio
- Support the development of Test Plans and Schedules for test assets.
- Ability to work in a high pressure and highly visible work environment
- Ability to present mechanical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to protect Company’s critical information and plans
- Familiarity with the US DoD ground vehicle requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 1-2 years’ experience
- At least four (4) years Armored Vehicle operations/maintenance experience at the Brigade or Battalion Level preferred
- At least two (2) years of either civilian/military field-test experience.
- Practical ‘hands on’ self-starter able to work independently with little on-site supervision while providing routine status and reporting of progress to Company leadership
- Knowledge of US Army maintenance procedures and operations and proven experience in maintenance operations
- Ability to travel up to 50{6319cd71695b1099ecf94a6f4e4563313648e5e88935e2707d38d74782242a93}+ of the time. Occasional travel to Europe may be necessary. Passport Required
