Summary:
Our client is an Engineering Consulting firm that is looking to add an Engineering Project Manager to their team. The person in this role will be working with one of their automotive clients to effectively run multiple manufacturing projects simultaneously and keeping them on budget and on time.
Responsibilities
- Review project portfolios, outstanding tasks and risks with client team members
- Identify discrepancies in the project tracking and reporting files and correct the discrepancies
- Document and maintain program assumptions, risks, issues, and action items
- Lead the development, review and approval of program plans and schedules
- Work within client team to provide continuity of service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, assembly operations
- Experience in automotive manufacturing processes, assembly tooling and equipment
- Experience with Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Visualization, etc.
- Expertise in tools/software such as: Excel, PowerBI, Angular, Qlikview, Tableau
- Understands the automotive manufacturing process
