IMPACT Management Services, founded by CEO Pete Davis in 2004, is a high-energy, premium staffing and professional search agency. Headquartered in Southfield, MI, IMPACT has expanded beyond its Midwest origins to staff companies coast-to-coast.
Pete leads the organization backed with over 20 years of experience in the world of business leadership, staff management, entrepreneurship, sales and consulting.
IMPACT is driven by a quality over quantity mentality and focuses on recruiting, developing, and connecting qualified talent with an extensive network of clients.
