IMPACT is hiring for Production Workers at our Hilbert, WI cheese factory! These positions are starting immediately and require no experience!! You will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality cheese products.

Shifts available :
- 1st shift- 6A – 4P, Monday – Thursday (OT, as needed on Fridays)
- 2nd shift- 4P – 12A, Monday – Friday
- 3rd shift- 8P – 6A, Sunday – Wednesday (OT, as needed on Thursdays)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Unpackaging blocks, barrels and bags of cheese
- Weighing and trimming ingredients to proper specs
- Heavy lifting while loading and unloading cheese from scale to pick up tables and or grinders
- Operating cheese production equipment
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Assisting in the packaging and labeling of cheese products, as needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
